WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a hands-on technical leadership role.
Proficient in Microsoft C#/.Net Core and Framework, and Angular/Typescript are required.
Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript is desirable.
Extensive experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or other message queuing systems is highly desirable.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.
Experience with AWS services including S3, Transfer for SFTP, EKS/Kubernetes, and serverless technologies such as Lambda and Step Functions is highly desirable.
Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex software development projects.
Strong communication skills, capable of effectively leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure professional growth and project success.
Drive the architecture, design, and development of software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance to deliver high-quality software.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define product visions and translate them into actionable development plans.
Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and emerging trends into the development process.
