Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application Review

Once we have received your application, a team member will review your resume. If your experience is aligned with the requirements for the role and you could be a potential match, we will schedule a call to learn more about you.

If we don't think you are a match for this particular role, we will let you know as soon as possible via email.
Stage 2

Brief Phone Chat

If you are moved to this stage of the process, it means that your resume has been reviewed and we want to learn more about your skills and experience. One of our team members will schedule a 20-30 minute phone call to see if we could be a potential fit for each other—we do recognize that the interview process goes both ways, and we want to ensure that we are fully aligned.

If we don't think that you are a fit this time around, we will let you know as soon as possible after the call. We kindly ask that you would do the same if you for any reason don't think this role is quite the right fit for you.
Stage 3

Hiring Manager Interview

If the phone call was successful on both ends, you will be invited to meet with your potential future manager for a 45-60 minute interview. We will go more in-depth about your experience, how that fits the role, and what motivates you in the workplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about us and dig deeper into the responsibilities of the role. We will be transparent and honest with you, so if you have any questions off the back of the last call, make sure you ask them.

If you are not moved forward in the process at this stage, we will let you know via email as soon as possible after the interview.
Stage 4

Meet the Team

In this 45-60 minute video interview, you will get to meet some internal stakeholders who you would be interacting with on a regular basis if you were to be hired. The purpose of this interview is for you to get a better understanding of what a day in life would be like, and for us to get other perspectives on your skills and experience, and how those could potentially add to the overall team.

If you are not chosen as a match this time around, we will give you feedback as soon as possible after the interview.
Stage 5

Reference Check

Once the interview process is complete, we will ask you to provide the contact details of two professional references. This could be your current/former manager and a colleague that you are currently or you have previously worked with.
Stage 6

Offer

At this stage, we hope to call you our co-worker in the very near future! Once we are fully aligned, we will make you a formal offer which will be sent to you digitally via DocuSign. Once you have signed your Offer Letter digitally, a member of our HR team will be in touch to kick off your onboarding process.
